双招生学生

Dual enrollment is for K-12 学生 who wish to take college classes in addition to their K-12 courses.

The goal is to provide 学生 who can benefit from advanced scholastic and vocational education the opportunity to take college-level courses that are not available through their primary school or other alternatives.

Now that your 学生 is part of 澳门皇家赌城在线 County Community College 区, 有几件事你必须知道.  Your 学生 has offici所有y enrolled in an institution of higher education, 结果就是, your 学生 is now protected by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) of 1974.

Your 学生 is enrolled in a college course and it is important to understand that instructors may only work directly with 学生, as opposed to the type of parent/guardian interactions you are accustomed to at the high school level. Under FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act) instructors are not required to discuss 学生 performance or other 学生-related issues with parents/监护人.

教师为每门课程制定教学大纲, 包括课程内容或目标, 作业, a general guide to the pacing of the course and information about how grades will be determined. Once a 学生 receives the syllabus for the course from the instructor and the 学生 decides to remain enrolled in the course, 教学大纲成为学生和教师之间的契约.
